Create a free account in Reblocs and register your home

Place a sell order for the percentage of the home’s value to be sold. You decide the price yourself, but of course must be accepted by one or more buyers for a deal to take place.
In order to give the buyer an independent view of the home’s condition and value, our housing experts book a time for inspection and valuation of the house before the order becomes available in the platform.
If one or more buyers accept your price, they place matching buy orders, your share of value is sold, and you get your money.
You choose entirely yourself when you want to sell your home and move. When you do that, the sold percentage of the home’s value goes to the buyers who now own the shares of value.

If you use Reblocs, you never give up the right of ownership or use. Your home is yours and will continue to be yours even after you release capital with us. You decide when and how you want to renovate, who lives in the home and when you want to sell.
You get to do exactly what you want with the capital you release. Maybe you want to reinvest the money in another item on Reblocs?
When you have decided to place a sell order for the share you want to sell, we set up an agreement. It simply states that if the housing value portion of the order is sold in accordance with the order, you waive the right to the portion. The agreement contains more details and we urge everyone to read the agreements carefully!
Yes, at the market price. But it might be worth thinking about if you really want to do it. By spreading the value over several asset classes and/or several homes, you spread your risk better.
