Sign up on the waiting list and create your free Reblocs account when it’s your turn
Search for suitable items and place purchase orders at values ​​you think are reasonable. Orders can be for the whole available share or a part of it.
If a matching sell order is placed, the order is closed. The agreed amount goes to the owner of the detached house and you now own the right to a share of the home’s value.
You can sell your share whenever you want and at any valuation on the marketplace.
If you still own the share of value when the owner of the detached house sells his home, the value of the share accrues to you.

Common questions and answers

We think that the real estate market should be for everyone and will always have very low restrictions on investment amounts. Tentatively, the minimum amount will be SEK 1,000.
As an investor, you yourself place buy orders at the values ​​you think are reasonable. They do not have to match the seller’s valuation.
No, you choose whether you want to place your purchase order on the entire share or part of it.
No, you can sell the share on at any time in Rebloc’s marketplace at a valuation you think is reasonable.
When the owner of a detached house chooses to sell his home on the regular housing market, the value of the share, based on the purchase price at the time of sale, accrues to the investor.

If you e.g. bought a value share corresponding to 1% of a home valued in the transaction at two million kroner, i.e. an investment of SEK 20,000, and the home is later sold for three million kroner, you get back 30,000 kroner minus a transaction fee.
All shares of value are secured with mortgage deeds in the homes. This means that owners of value shares are guaranteed to get back the value of the share in the event of a sale.
